In today's market, group career transition programs are no longer confined to lower-level employees. Increasingly organizations have limited budgets while still maintaining a commitment to providing transition support to their released employees. It is also commonplace for a firm to have the need to provide services for just one or two individuals at a given time, thus making group services inappropriate.
ClearRock offers Career Transition Seminars on a monthly basis for released employees who may not be eligible for individual career transition services.
