Overview
While organizations are faced with cutting costs, many still recognize the need for continued development of their managers - especially middle managers who may be the future leaders of the organization. Expectations are running high and few senior managers have the time to mentor and develop these important contributors.
Group Coaching is a cost-effective, individual and group process for high-potential, middle managers in the organization. It is a process that can be built from the ground up, or act in conjunction with internal competency modeling and 360° interviews that have already been conducted.
