A personal approach
At ClearRock, our flexible model allows us to respond quickly to requests and spend as much time as needed with a client over the course of a coaching engagement. In outplacement particularly, it is not uncommon for a coach to stay in touch with a client long after he or she has moved on to a new position.
If we are to do an effective job, clients must be comfortable accepting honest, direct and unbiased feedback from their coach. This can be difficult if there is a lack of trust. Therefore, compatibility and chemistry checks are always performed to ensure that we have a good fit.
