In her most recent consulting role, Julie provided executive guidance to not-for-profit organizations undergoing significant growth in both size and programmatic development. Her efforts involved the design and delivery of a series of specialized curriculum to facilitate the implementation of key social services. She also served as a member of the executive board of trustees for many of these groups. Previously, Julie served as a Senior Consultant for the Wilson Consulting Group in Concord, MA, where she delivered highly creative management solutions using customized, performance-based reward systems to help businesses achieve success. Earlier, Julie served as Manager of Training and Education for the Shipley Company in Marlboro, MA, and led the company in achieving its ISO 9001 Quality Assurance certification. Julie began her career in human resources at the HayGroup, one of the world's largest human resources management consulting firms, where she developed base salary and incentive compensation programs for non-exempt, exempt, and executive-level clients. Julie received her Master in Business Administration degree from Boston College and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder. |
