 Ali brings nearly 15 years of experience as an educator, coach, and training and development specialist, along with a strong business acumen and commitment in building long-standing client relationships.
Before joining ClearRock, Ali owned and operated Chambers Career Management, a firm that focused on career management coaching and recruitment for human resource positions. She has successfully recruited and placed human resource professionals in healthcare, professional services and financial services in the greater Boston area.
Ali is an insightful facilitator and effective client relationship manager. She worked for three years with a national career transition firm in Boston, delivering career transition seminars and coaching individual candidates. Ali earned a reputation as an engaging presenter and was tapped by the firm to participate in sales and client meetings. At the same time, Ali consulted with the Feld Career Center at Boston University's School of Management to develop and deliver a career management class required for full-time MBA students.
As a Learning and Development Specialist at Putnam Investments, Ali supported the sales and marketing business units to evaluate success, increase performance, and streamline processes. She trained individuals from all levels of the organization in the areas of presentation and communication skills, conflict management, team building, time management, and introductory investment programs.
In the early 90's, Ali spent time in training roles at the Bank of Boston and abroad in Madrid, Spain.
Ali earned a B.A. in English and Education from Boston University. She holds a Masters in Education from University of Massachusetts and is a qualified administrator and interpreter of various licensed assessment tools. Ali is a member of the International Association of Career Management Professionals, NEHRA, and HRLF.
