Our Vision: To make work and life better.

ClearRock is a true partner in addressing the complex needs of businesses and individuals throughout all phases of the employment lifecycle: selection, development, and transition. We believe in the power of human connection and the growth that results from building and fostering authentic relationships with the people we serve.

Woman-Owned Business: As a proud woman-owned business, we embody the strength, creativity, and leadership that women bring to the entrepreneurial landscape.

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging: We believe in the positive impact of diversity and inclusivity at all levels of an organization. We are committed to fostering a work environment where the differences we are born with – and those we acquire throughout our lives – are valued. Purposefully bringing our differences together to positively influence our culture and the services we provide is essential to our ability to help people and companies thrive.

Consistency in Delivering Quality Services: We are known for our high-touch and personalized approach. Our high rate of repeat business shows that we consistently deliver quality services.

Virtual-First Delivery and Environmental Impact: Our nimble business model positions us to tailor our approach and deliver innovative, high-quality services globally. During the pandemic, we pivoted to a virtual high-touch delivery model that, with significant investments, has continued to meet our high standards of excellence. As a result, our services became more accessible and more effective at meeting the diverse needs of our clients and their dispersed teams while minimizing the impact on the environment. For these reasons, our services will continue to be offered virtually, with in-person services provided by request.

Exceptional Team: Regardless of their role, everyone at ClearRock shares our core values: we care, we are here to help, we are easy to work with, and we get results. We draw upon a wealth of knowledge gained through diverse lived experiences, backgrounds, perspectives, and career paths. We are continuous learners and allies in addressing the needs and challenges of individuals of underrepresented groups. We engage in ongoing dialogue about the changes in our world of work, and we evolve and enhance our approach accordingly to consistently deliver excellent services and have meaningful impact.

Trusted Partners: To our clients, we are trusted partners, not just vendors; we are an extension of their team. Our clients are among the best in their respective industries and take a thoughtful and strategic approach to talent management; they come from various sectors, including life sciences, higher education, healthcare, financial services, and technology. While we work with organizations of all sizes, a majority of our clients are small to mid-sized.

Our Values

The kind of work we do requires a thoughtful investment in people. Below are the values that inform how we work with each other, our clients, and the individuals we support.

We Care.
We believe that every person is important. We respect the uniqueness, talent, and experiences of our colleagues, clients, and those we serve. We care about the “whole person” and will leverage our knowledge, skills, and expertise to strengthen and support others.

We Are Here to Help.
We listen to understand individuals’ needs, goals, and priorities so that we are best positioned to provide the right kind of support at the right time.

We Are Easy to Work With.
We are responsive and flexible in meeting the needs of those we work with, truly meeting people where they are at and helping them get to where they want to go.

We Get Results.
We are continuous learners, evolving to be our best so those we work with can be their best. We leverage human understanding and data-driven insights to support individuals in meeting their goals and achieving positive outcomes.
