The Five Phases of Executive Coaching
This six- to eight-month process guides all Executive Coaching programs at ClearRock. Beginning with the Contracting phase, we take clients through Data Gathering, Plan Development, Implementation and Follow-Up phases, taking stock of their progress at frequent intervals along the way.
Outplacement Process
Similar to the Five Phases of Executive Coaching, this proven process is applied to every outplacement client we work with. It begins with an Initial Meeting, continues through Counseling and Assessment, Skills Development and Coaching, and finally, Strategic Plan Implementation.
Resources
ClearRock provides a variety of resources to our clients. Among them: alumni listing and networking contacts, subscription-only Internet resources, job listings, networking events, spouse/partner support, guest coaches and speakers. Coaches also often share relevant articles and books with their individual clients.
