 Michael brings more than 20 years of experience in human resource consulting and education to his role as a career consultant. He has significant expertise in career development, placement, training, and partner relocation. Michael has hands-on experience managing College Career Centers, an undergraduate program at The College of Wooster (Ohio) and Graduate Programs of Business at the University of Cincinnati and the University of Massachusetts-Boston. Prior to joining ClearRock, Michael worked as Vice President and Senior Consultant for a national consulting firm in the Boston area and as Vice President for Outplacement, Training and Development at Ratliff and Taylor in Cleveland, Ohio.
A skilled coach and facilitator, Michael has earned a reputation as an excellent career coach, with an expertise in helping clients develop clear objectives and marketing strategies. His clients include individuals with backgrounds in financial services, higher education, life sciences and consumer products.
Michael received an MS in Personnel/Counseling from Miami University (Ohio) and a BS in Social Science from the State of New York (Geneseo). He has appeared as a panelist on these topics before business, college and community groups on the national and regional level.
