Gregory M. Gostanian
 Greg has enjoyed the opportunity to work with senior executives throughout the Northeast for more than 20 years. His career as a consultant, executive recruiter and human resources executive has spanned corporations from start-up to Fortune 100.

Before joining ClearRock, Inc. as Managing Partner, Greg was Executive Director of a national consulting firm, one of the oldest career transition and executive coaching firms in the country. He started with the firm in 1992 and was instrumental in building the New England practice before he was tapped to assume responsibility for running the national practice. Throughout his career with this firm, Greg was known for his direct yet compassionate coaching style, which earned him the reputation as being the consultant's consultant.

Prior to that, Greg was an executive search consultant for 12 years. He founded, built and managed the Windham Group, an executive search/career development firm with a long-standing reputation for quality and integrity. During this time, Greg developed and honed his ability to match individuals with productive, satisfying careers.

As a consultant, Greg is respected for his skill in working with executives from all industries including financial services, manufacturing, high-tech and biotech. His knowledge and experience in effectively assessing organizations and people has contributed to numerous consulting assignments in succession planning, staffing, employee development, and executive and career coaching.

Early in his career, Greg held positions in human resources at several major corporations including Raytheon Company, Compugraphic Corporation and Data General.

Greg is well known in the New England community for his insight into employment market trends and his realistic approach to executive coaching and career transition issues. Business and community groups as well as local media have sought his opinions. Greg has been quoted in a variety of articles published by The Boston Globe, the Boston Herald, Fortune Magazine, The Wall Street Journal and the Associated Press.

Greg holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Suffolk University.
