Gary is a results oriented career management consultant whose 25 years of experience includes providing powerful training, coaching, and career services to companies and organizations in diverse industries, including consumer packaged goods, technology, and professional services. Gary has developed and presented successful training modules and workshops customized for a broad range of clientele during his tenure both as a consultant and an in-house member of corporate management. He has been recognized for consistently exceeding client expectations on behalf of leading organizations throughout New England.
In addition to career consulting on behalf of ClearRock, Gary serves as a director of Graduate Career Services and as a lecturer for Boston University's School of Management MBA program, specializing in the custom development of its career center, workshop, and lecture programs. In his role as an independent consultant, Gary collaborates on executive development coaching as well as product development and marketing programs for entrepreneurs and leading businesses.
Previously, Gary served as Vice President of R&D for Hasbro Games (Milton Bradley and Parker Brothers) with priorities in Inventor Relations and New Product Development, Vice President of New Technology, and Vice President of Marketing, starting as a charter member of that department at the product manager level, growing through the ranks to the vice president position. His background also includes several years employed as a civilian for the Navy, responsible for aircraft carrier flight deck communications.
Gary has a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with a concentration in Electronics, and an MBA with concentrations in Marketing and Law, both from Drexel University in Philadelphia.
