Emily joined ClearRock with over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, specializing in training, employee development, and organizational development. She has extensive experience in program management, course design and implementation, training, facilitation, coaching, and consulting. She is client focused with strong relationship and project management skills. Her exceptional interpersonal skills enable her to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
Prior to ClearRock, Emily was a Vice President of Learning and Development for a financial services organization where she focused on development needs for corporate, operations, technology, and administrative organizations. She has also enjoyed the opportunity of working within various other industries including healthcare and manufacturing, where she managed the overall technical communication process, including design standards for publications and training, client relationships, project management, and staff development. Throughout her career, Emily has held management positions which included responsibilities for hiring, coaching, and performance management.
Emily earned her BS in Laboratory Management from SUNY at Empire State College and her MS in Instructional Design from Rochester Institute of Technology. Additionally, she holds certifications in numerous training programs and career assessment tools.
