Career Navigator
Career Navigator is ClearRock’s customized outplacement portal. It offers individuals comprehensive online resources, and tools to assist in their job search, helping with career exploration and planning, job leads, assessments, and specialty research resources accessible from anywhere.
The online services complement the high level of personal career transition assistance provided by our consultants, which has become a hallmark of our practice.
Career Navigator's many features include:
- Online assessments regarding candidates' career preferences, and strengths
- Assistance with resume writing, and distribution
- Tools for writing cover letters, thank-you notes, and other types of correspondence
- Expanded research databases
- Tracking, and management of job opportunities through the entire job-search cycle
- Linking personal LinkedIn account to Career Navigator, and network via LinkedIn within the system

SelectRecruiters
SelectRecruiters from Kennedy Information is a comprehensive database of thousands of recruiter profiles allowing individuals to quickly identify the recruiters best suited to help meet their career objectives. Users are able to search by geography, industry, function, salary range, keywords, and more.
SelectRecruiters provides all of the tools needed to create a customized email campaign, as well as access to recruiting firms’ addresses. Individuals can view their results through their browser, generate a report in a PDF format, or download the data as CSV, Tab, or Excel files.

Job Posting Board
ClearRock’s Job Posting Board is a listing of open employment opportunities for both local, and national positions, as well as links to company sites with current listings. Companies, recruiters, and ClearRock contacts are all sources of these openings. Individuals are able to search the database using a variety of criteria including industry, type of position, salary, and location.
